Boxes ship on the 21st via USPS Priority Mail (1 – 3 day delivery in U.S.)
The last day to order a box is the 10th of every month unless sold out prior to that date (which often occurs). If you order after the 10th, it will be for the following month.
Because we must order a specific quantity of items for our boxes--most of which are nonreturnable--we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed, or auto renewals have processed. Please note cancelations are for future boxes only, and not for the boxes already paid for (1, 3, or 6 depending on your subscription plan).
When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately for the subscription model you have chosen (1, 3, or 6 months). Once your subscription cycle is over, you will be re-billed for the same cycle on the 28th of the month unless you switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription.

Yes, Scribbler ships to all countries except Mexico and Peru. We are working on shipping options for those countries, and hope to have a solution soon.
Log onto your account and go to “Subscription” details. There is an option to cancel your subscription. If you have any issues, email email@example.com.
Shipping is free for current subscribers (US and International). Subscriber's purchased items from the shop will arrive in their monthly Scribbler box if purchased prior to the 15th. If purchased after the 15th, they will arrive in the following month's box. Shipping is also free for non-subscribers (US only) for purchases of $25 or more. For purchases less than $25 a flat shipping rate of $3.99 will be applied to your order. International shipping is currently unavailable for non-subscribers. Non-subscriber's shop purchases will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
No, all shop purchases are final.
We are a small business and thoroughly check each product prior to shipment. If your product arrives damaged we suggest speaking with your local post office. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for products once they leave our facility.
We would suggest first checking the tracking number provided to you at time of shipping to ensure it has been delivered. If it has, check with anyone else in your household in case they placed your product somewhere. If you still cannot find a package marked as delivered, we suggest following up with your local post office or filing a police report if you suspect your package has been stolen. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for products once they leave our facility.
